The Atlas Team
Born and raised in Georgia, Cameron Henderson brings over a decade of experience across real estate development, construction, and project management. A 2014 graduate of Georgia Tech, he began his career in general contracting before finding his niche in land development, where his strategic insight and operational expertise set the foundation for Atlas Development.
As CEO, Cameron leads the company’s vision and growth, overseeing everything from entitlement strategy to deal structuring and long-term planning. Under his leadership, Atlas has expanded from its core focus in land use and entitlement into a full-service brokerage and select, high-impact development projects. His forward-thinking approach continues to shape Atlas as a multifaceted firm committed to delivering value at every stage of the real estate lifecycle.
Kara Brownlee
COO
Kara Brownlee brings over 20 years of experience in student housing and multifamily operations to her role as Chief Operating Officer of The Atlas Group. She leads day-to-day operations across the company’s land development and full-service brokerage divisions. With a background in both ground-up and value-add construction, Kara is known for her strategic leadership, operational efficiency, and ability to build high-performing teams. She oversees project management, legal coordination, and marketing initiatives, while helping drive entitlements, deal flow, and client relationships. Her expertise in design, risk mitigation, and process improvement supports Atlas’s mission to execute complex real estate projects with precision and excellence.
Danny Pham
CTO
Danny Pham joined the team as Chief Technology Officer in June 2025 to support the company’s rapid growth and lead its technology strategy. With over 17 years of experience in software development and management, including leadership roles at Salesforce and Workday, Danny brings deep expertise in engineering operations, product alignment, and scalable system design. He has built and led multiple engineering teams from the ground up, implemented enterprise-wide development standards, and collaborated with executive leadership to drive product vision and execution. Danny’s background spans developer support, quality engineering, and identity services at scale. He is passionate about building strong teams, mentoring talent, and ensuring technology remains a catalyst for growth and innovation.
Charles Mixon Jr.
Land Acquisitions Specialist
At Atlas, Charles Mixon Jr. plays a key role in sourcing off-market land deals that align with the firm’s investment criteria and development strategy. Born and raised in Atlanta, he developed an early passion for property investment and has spent the past six years working across Georgia, South Carolina, Florida, and Tennessee. Charles brings an entrepreneurial mindset and deep regional insight to every opportunity, leveraging strategic relationships to uncover high-potential sites. His background spans both single-family and multi-family sectors, with a focus on evaluating land value and structuring deals that support long-term growth. Known for his relentless approach and instinct for spotting opportunity, Charles is a valuable asset in driving strategic land acquisitions.
Matthew Boudreau
GIS Specialist
As GIS Specialist, Matthew supports the Atlas team by developing custom maps and geographic data to assess and represent land opportunities with greater precision. He holds a degree in Geology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and earned both a degree and certification in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) from the University of North Georgia. With experience in geological mapping and spatial analysis, including fieldwork in South Dakota, Matthew brings a technical, data-driven approach to property evaluation. His work enhances site selection, planning, and development strategy through clear and accurate geographic visualization.
Mark Sintich
Licensed Agent & Acquisitions Specialist
Mark Sintich began his real estate career in 2017, focusing on land and residential development transactions across Gwinnett, Barrow, Walton, and Hall Counties. As a licensed real estate agent in Georgia, he brings deep local knowledge and a hands-on approach to identifying and evaluating new opportunities. At Atlas, Mark contributes to both the land acquisition and residential sides of the business, sourcing and vetting deals, contacting landowners, and supporting project feasibility efforts. He also assists with property management operations, helping ensure the performance and stability of the rental portfolio. His adaptability and regional expertise make him a key contributor to Atlas’s continued growth.
Clint Dixon
Managing Broker
As a licensed Broker in Georgia, Clint Dixon oversees Atlas Realty’s operations and supports the firm’s growing team of agents across Georgia. With over twenty years of experience in land acquisition, development, and investment, he brings a wealth of regional knowledge and a disciplined approach to real estate strategy. Clint’s background includes leadership roles across both private and public sectors, where he built a reputation for his strategic approach to land use, valuation, and development. His deep understanding of Georgia’s real estate landscape and commitment to integrity guide his work with clients and agents alike, upholding the firm’s commitment to excellence in every deal.
Davin Hurley

As one of Atlas’ newest agents, Davin Hurley brings fresh energy and a growing expertise to the firm’s brokerage and development operations.
