As GIS Specialist, Matthew supports the Atlas team by developing custom maps and geographic data to assess and represent land opportunities with greater precision. He holds a degree in Geology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and earned both a degree and certification in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) from the University of North Georgia. With experience in geological mapping and spatial analysis, including fieldwork in South Dakota, Matthew brings a technical, data-driven approach to property evaluation. His work enhances site selection, planning, and development strategy through clear and accurate geographic visualization.

Mark Sintich began his real estate career in 2017, focusing on land and residential development transactions across Gwinnett, Barrow, Walton, and Hall Counties. As a licensed real estate agent in Georgia, he brings deep local knowledge and a hands-on approach to identifying and evaluating new opportunities. At Atlas, Mark contributes to both the land acquisition and residential sides of the business, sourcing and vetting deals, contacting landowners, and supporting project feasibility efforts.
